It is my mission to assist my clients in making an educated decision when facing in one to the most important decisions in their lives. If selling your property, I will provide a full market analysis, provide quality staging advice and provide and implement an innovative and effective marketing package that will assure that your property will be reaching the optimum number of potential buyers. I will recommend several reputable Title Companies to you. I have contacts throughout the Northern California area including relocation services. I look forward to representing you.

If you are a buyer, I will educate you about the loan process and can assist you in finding an appropriate mortgage broker or banker for loan qualification. I will perform a comprehensive assessment of your needs so that I can help you find the house of your dreams. I will assist you with a full market analysis of the property you have selected, assist with making the appropriate offer, represent you by negotiating the best deal possible, assist with making sure all required inspections have been completed. I will stay with you and be your guide to the end of the process and until the transaction closes. I look forward to working with you.
